This Policy applies only for instances in which Gen AI Pro acts as a responsible party (i.e. data controller) under applicable laws, including where Gen AI Pro provides Services to individual users. This Policy does not apply when we offer our Services and process Personal Data on behalf of enterprise/business customers. We act as a service provider/data processor for those relationships, and our use of Personal Data in connection therewith is governed by the applicable Data Processing Addendum set forth in such customer's agreement.
2. Categories of Personal Data We Collect
(a) Personal Data You Provide to Us
Account & Contact Details. When you set up an account to use our Services, we may ask you to provide your contact and other account-related details such as your name, email address, phone number, and your account and contact preferences.
Services Input & Output. We process your Input (which may include text, audio, or other content) and Output and any other information you provide in connection with your use of the Services, including any Personal Information contained therein.
Audio Recordings and Voice Data. In addition to any audio recordings of your voice that you choose to share with us, which may include Personal Data, we also collect data about your voice ("Voice Data") in order to provide our Services to you. You may also submit additional audio recordings for Gen AI Pro to verify that the voice featured in the provided audio recording is yours.
Profile Information and User Content. When you sign up for our Services, you may indicate how you intend to use the Services (e.g., professional use). If you decide to make your voice model available to other users in the Voice Library, you can choose to include a profile description including your name, bio/description, your social media usernames and links to your social media accounts, and the characteristics of your voice. Some such profile information you provide will be viewable by other users of our Services.
Feedback/Communications. If you contact us directly, express interest in using our Services, or otherwise provide us with feedback, we collect Personal Data including your name, email address, the contents of a message and attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide. If you subscribe to our newsletter, then we will collect Personal Data from you, such as your name and email address. When we send you emails, we may track whether you open them to learn how to deliver a better customer experience and improve our Services.
Payment Details. When you register to use any of our paid Services or decide to get paid by making your voice model available to other users, our third-party payment processor collects and processes your payment-related information, such as your name, email, billing address, credit/debit card or banking information or other financial information. Please consult our payment processor's privacy policy for more information.
Verification Information. As permissible by applicable law, we may ask you to provide verification of your age or identity to use our Services. This may include, for example, date of birth, proof of address, or copy of a personal identification card.
Other Information You Provide. We may collect other information you may provide to us, such as when you use our beta products and services, attend events hosted by us, or otherwise interact with us online or offline.

(b) Personal Data and Gen AI Pro Voice Modeling Services
Gen AI Pro uses Voice Data to provide its voice services, including voice modeling, speech-to-speech, and dubbing services. For voice modeling, when you provide us with recordings of your voice, we utilize our AI-based technologies that analyze your speech characteristics to formulate a distinct voice model of your vocal traits. This voice model can be used to generate audio resembling your voice. Depending on where you reside and how we use your Voice Data, applicable law may define your Voice Data as biometric data. We do not use Voice Data to infer characteristics about an individual.
(c) Personal Data and Gen AI Pro Training Models
Gen AI Pro uses Voice Data to help our models and products learn about patterns and connections in speech and audio content and to improve our Services. We do not use Voice Data, Personal Data, or publicly available data used for training to profile or target consumers.
(d) Content Moderation and User Suspension
Gen AI Pro does not undertake to review all Content and expressly disclaims any duty or obligation to monitor or review content. However, to maintain the integrity and security of your data, and for fraud prevention purposes, Gen AI Pro reserves the right to moderate all Input and Output. In certain circumstances, Gen AI Pro may share your Input or Output, which may include Personal Data, with third parties to support content moderation and safety initiatives. Users found to have engaged in activity that violates the Prohibited Use Policy may be subject to termination or suspension.

Affiliates. We may share any Personal Data we receive with our current or future affiliates for any of the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

As Required By Law. We may access, preserve, and disclose your Personal Data with law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, and public authorities or pursuant to legal proceedings if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to comply with law or protect rights, property, or safety.
Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers. We may disclose your Personal Data in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

12. Additional Information About Biometric Data
Certain Gen AI Pro Services may involve the collection of biometric information. We collect this information for verification purposes. We may disclose this information where necessary to our affiliates, service providers, and/or other collaborators to provide you with and develop our services. We will retain your biometric data until it is no longer needed for the purposes in which it was collected, or after 3 years of the termination of our relationship with you, whichever is sooner.
